Ethiopian Visa Requirements To Visit Fasil Ghebbi

Can you imagine touring fairy-tale castles in the heart of Africa? This week's featured UNESCO World Heritage Site is located in the Gondar region of Ethiopia. The fortresses of Fasil Ghebbi date to the 16th and 17th centuries, after the Ethiopians made contact with the Portuguese.
The Ethiopians may have rejected the Roman Catholic faith introduced by the Portuguese in favor of their own traditional version of Christianity, but they were apparently more impressed by Portuguese architecture. The castles of Fasil Ghebbi really do look like something out of the Brothers Grimm, leading Gadling to refer to Fasil Ghebbi as "Ethiopia's Camelot."

Why get help from a professional visa expediting company when you apply for a visa? Consider the case of Mr. Charles Herman. Last summer, Mr. Herman planned a trip to Uganda to attend a friend's wedding. However, getting there proved to be more of a hassle then he bargained for.
According to the Chicago Tribune, Mr. Herman checked the Uganda visa requirements at the US Department of State web site. He saw that he could get a Uganda visa at the airport on arrival and that his passport needed to be valid for three months after his arrival date. He figured he was set.

Long a favorite haunt of backpackers, Nepal has a thriving tourist industry. According to Nepalese government statistics, in 2007 5,260,705 foreign tourists arrived in Nepal, up 37.2% from 2006. Although most of those tourists were from Asia or Western Europe, approximately 7.1% were from North America. Most tourists came for recreational purposes, although adventure tourism is also common and adventure tourists tended to stay in Nepal for longer periods of time.
American citizen tourists are required to obtain Nepal visas, either at a Nepalese embassy or consulate before they leave the US or on arrival. You can obtain a visa-on-arrival at the following points of entry:

Due to a repressive government and general political instability, tourism in Zimbabwe has dropped significantly since its high point in the 1990's. According to Wikipedia, from 1999 to the year 2000, the number of foreign tourists visiting Zimbabwe dropped 75%.
