Getting a Vietnamese Visa for Vietnam’s Year of Tourism

For 2010, Vietnam is celebrating a National Year of Tourism. Actually, they are  kicking it off a little bit early, on October10, 2009,  according to this article on Bernama.com. The kick-off celebration will include many exciting activities for Vietnamese citizens and travelers alike, including art performances, music performances like  Chinese traditional operettas and traditional folk songs, martial art exhibitions and calligraphy. The celebration of the National Year of Tourism will continue on through 2010, of course.  According to the Vietnamese government's tourism site, the entire country will be participating.
