Expedited Travel Refund Policy
Up to 72 hours Full Refund of Fees Paid
After 72 hours No Refund

If you cancel within 72 hours of placing your order, you may request a refund of your purchase. If you cancel anytime thereafter, you will be held responsible for the full amount of your expediting fee because your order requires us to reserve limited capacity on your behalf. Our Billing Department is open 9am - 6pm ET Monday through Friday.

If you cancel after your request has been submitted to the Embassy or Consulate for processing, you will NOT be eligible for a refund.

You understand by agreeing to the terms herein that you have purchased the service stated, therefore, due to such acceptance, refunds are not possible for any reason (including, but not limited to):

  1. Flight Cancellations, Missing Flights, Flight Delays or other Travel Itinerary Changes.

  2. Delays in travel visa or other travel document deliveries.

  3. Lost, Stolen or misplaced tickets.

  4. Travel visa procurement difficulties, including changes in policy, regulations or requirements.

  5. Incompleteness or inaccuracy of required filing information.

No guaranty or warranty express or implied is provided other than stated herein above. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for direct or consequential damages of any kind. Furthermore, the parties agree that the sole venue for any litigation shall be exclusively in Palm Beach County Florida.
